The first 5 miles are free. After that, there’s a $1 per mile travel charge to cover time and transportation while still keeping the focus on your training experience.
The foundation is one-on-one private training built for you. Every program includes nutrition coaching at no added cost and The Intent Connect, a monthly issue with insight you can use in everyday life. The Intent Reset is available on its own, personalized for life’s big moments (weddings, birthdays, vacations) with the focus on real change that goes beyond the event.
